Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

By hiring SiteForge or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope may adjust the price or schedule.

You are responsible for supplying accurate content (text, images, logos, access credentials) and for holding the rights to use anything you send us. Final files and site ownership transfer to you once the agreed payment is complete.

Project work is quoted up front. Recurring plans, including the $100/month Basic Maintenance package, are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and is not retroactive for the current period.

Because work begins immediately, deposits and completed monthly service periods are non-refundable. If something isn't right, contact us and we will make it right.

We build carefully and fix defects in our own work at no cost for 14 days after launch. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or losses caused by third-party services (hosting, domains, payment processors, plugins) or by edits made by you or another party after handoff.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. If you call or text, we keep your phone number. Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card information.

Standard technical data (browser type, pages viewed) may be logged by our hosting and chat providers to keep the site secure and working.

We use your information only to reply to your inquiry, deliver the work you hired us for, and send billing or project updates. We do not sell your information.

We share data only with service providers that make the site work — email, chat, hosting, and Stripe for payments — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing siteforgetoday@gmail.com. We keep inquiry and project records only as long as needed for business and tax purposes.
